I am a woman in her later mid twenties, and like most people I find life can be very stressful and difficult.
I am a currently working part-time as a Personal Trainer and Fitness coach while also (hopefully) completing a Masters Degree in Dance Science. Something I am very passionate about however this whole thing has left me extremely busy and fairly penniless. I enjoy looking for new and fun ways of getting fit, healthy and happy.
But what do we actually mean by healthy and happy?
Because no matter what you do some part of you or your lifestyle could be out of balance or just a little off and it can really throw how you feel day to day.
And that is what I want to talk about. Big or small.
I do not claim to be an expert in anything and I am in no way perfect. But I like exploring and sharing and I hope others will join in and we can all help each other!
